Terms of use
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms apply when you use atollship.dev. By creating an account you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
Who runs Atollship?
Atollship is run by Darjus Kazakevic, a private individual in the EU. You can reach us at darjus.dev@gmail.com.
What can you submit?
Submit only sites you own or have the right to submit. You are responsible for what your listing says, including anything you edit. By publishing a listing you let us show it, its screenshots and its ratings on Atollship and in share cards and badges.
What do the scores mean?
Scores and judge verdicts are automated opinions produced by AI judges from what they read on the public site. They are not statements of fact, not reviewed by a person, and may change when a site is analysed again. Read them as one perspective, not a guarantee of quality.
What is not allowed?
- Listing illegal, harmful, deceptive or malicious sites.
- Trying to manipulate scores, for example with text aimed at the judges.
- Abusing the service: automated mass submissions, scraping beyond normal use, or attacking it.
- Impersonating someone else or submitting another person’s site as your own.
Can listings or accounts be removed?
Yes. You can unpublish your projects or delete your account at any time. We may hide or remove listings, and suspend or delete accounts, that break these terms.
Can you pay for a capital?
Yes. Owners can buy time on an archipelago’s capital for a set number of days, shown with the price before checkout. Payments go through Stripe, the merchant of record, whose own terms apply to the payment. The days start when the payment is confirmed.
If we can’t deliver a purchase, for example because someone else bought the capital first, the payment is refunded in full automatically. Paid time is not refunded when you unpublish or delete the project, the project moves to another archipelago, you delete your account, or we remove a listing that breaks these terms.
Is there a warranty?
Atollship is provided as is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on a score. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Will these terms change?
If they change, we update this page and its date, and tell signed-in users about important changes. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
